This Return & Refund Policy applies to all products purchased through rymdkf.shop. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every artistic piece you purchase for your home.
1. Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after the date your order was delivered to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To ensure the return is accepted and processed successfully, your item must meet the following strict criteria:
- The wall art/canvas must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unhung, and in its original, undamaged packaging.
- All protective cardboard corner protectors and shrink-wrap must remain intact and unopened.
- You must provide a valid receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards.
- Customized, personalized, or custom-sized framed wall art made specifically to your specifications.
- Items that have already been mounted, hung, or have scratches on the wooden/aluminum frames.
Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting an official return will not be accepted under any circumstances.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Contact our dedicated customer care team at support@rymdkf.shop or call us at +61 489914417. Provide your order number, product photos, and the reason for your return.
- Step 2: If your return is accepted, our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with the address of our nearest regional warehouse, and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Step 3: Pack the items securely in their original double-walled corrugated box with all protective buffers to prevent transit damage, attach the issued label, and send it to our designated facility.
4. Return Shipping Fees & Restocking Fees
We believe in clear and honest pricing with no hidden charges:
- Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Products (Seller's Responsibility): If the artwork arrives damaged by the carrier, defective, or we shipped the incorrect size/style, we will cover 100% of the return shipping costs or issue a free replacement immediately. Please take clear photos of the damaged packaging and art upon arrival and email them to us within 48 hours of receipt.
- Customer Remorse (Buyer's Responsibility): If you purchased the wrong size, the art style does not fit your room, or you simply changed your mind, you will be responsible for paying the actual return shipping costs to our designated return facility.
- Restocking Fees: We charge $0.00 (No restocking fees) on all eligible returns.
5. Return Address
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturing plant or our administrative office. All approved returns must be sent directly to our service warehouse. Please contact support@rymdkf.shop to receive the correct regional warehouse address closest to you.

6. Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned artwork. If your return is approved after inspection, we will automatically initiate a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: All transactions on rymdkf.shop are processed in US Dollars (USD). Your bank or credit card company may take additional business days to process and post the converted funds to your local Singapore Dollar (SGD) account based on their current exchange rates.
7. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the exact artwork or size you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is officially accepted, you can make a separate, new purchase for the preferred item.
